Arc Beverly has officially launched its coworking office and social club at 9800 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, catering to professionals seeking a blend of work and leisure. This new space combines luxury coworking with vibrant social opportunities, designed for those moving away from traditional office environments.

The venue spans 65,000 square feet, featuring collaborative work areas, private offices, conference rooms, a theater, and two rooftop terraces. Operated by Good City Studio, a Philadelphia-based design firm founded by David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter, Arc Beverly aims to redefine the coworking experience. Gutstadt emphasized that the focus of membership is on creating a workspace-centered community, distinguishing it from typical serviced workspaces with its full-service hospitality.

Innovative Amenities and Culinary Offerings

One of the standout features of Arc Beverly is its upgraded food and beverage program, led by culinary director Victor Totoris. Known for his Argentine heritage and experience in notable restaurants such as SCOPA and DAMA, Totoris has curated a seasonal menu that reflects both local flavors and personal culinary practices. Notably, he has eliminated seed oils from the kitchen and introduced house-made aiolis, ensuring that offerings like the chicken milanesa sandwich and skirt steak with chimichurri embody a fresh and health-conscious approach.

The club’s dining options are available for both members and non-members, making it a popular destination for high-profile events in Los Angeles, from the NBA All-Star Weekend to the Oscars. With a capacity for **150 guests** in rooftop yoga classes and facilities for intimate dinners and film screenings, Arc Beverly is positioned to host a variety of gatherings.

Expanding Opportunities Amid Industry Changes

Arc Beverly is strategically located near significant upcoming events, including the 2026 World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and the 2028 Olympic Games. These events, along with the ongoing construction of the One Beverly Hills development, create additional opportunities for hosting major gatherings.

To ensure smooth operations, Arc Beverly has appointed Florence Granteral as vice president of club experience and operations. With extensive experience in the Los Angeles membership club scene, including her previous work at NeueHouse Club Venice, Granteral aims to create a business incubator and brand accelerator within the club’s environment.

Membership tiers start at $300 per month, granting access to the club’s restaurant, bar, rooftop lounges, and various cultural and wellness programs. The highest tier offers 24/7 access to the building. Members also benefit from reciprocal privileges through Sonato partner clubs and Spring Place New York, extending their access to over 70 clubs worldwide.

While some premium coworking spaces in Los Angeles have closed recently, the demand for Arc Beverly is on the rise. Following the abrupt closures of locations like Neuehouse in Hollywood and Venice, interest in Arc has surged, with a reported 50% increase in inquiries.

“We are committed to building a space where people can work, network, and recharge,” said Amanda Potter. “It’s a work in progress, but we are enhancing the beauty and functionality of the space, alongside offering wellness activities.”
