Thomas ‘Tommy’ Novak, a talented chef from Cleveland, passed away on December 19, 2025, at the age of 50. His journey was marked by both remarkable accomplishments and profound struggles, particularly with alcoholism, a disease that ultimately impacted his life and relationships.

Born on August 12, 1975, Tommy entered the lives of his family in July 1978 when he was just three years old. He quickly became known as a bright and cheerful boy.
