Anker Unveils Massive Nebula X1 Pro Projector at IFA 2025

Anker has introduced its latest innovation, the Nebula X1 Pro projector, at the IFA 2025 event in Berlin, showcasing a device that promises to revolutionize home entertainment. This impressive all-in-one projector and speaker system stands as tall as a ten-year-old child, equipped with a retractable handle and wheels for easy transport. With its unique design and advanced features, the Nebula X1 Pro is poised to become a centerpiece for family movie nights or outdoor gatherings.
The Nebula X1 Pro enhances the viewing experience by supporting both Dolby Vision for improved high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos for immersive sound. Anker has incorporated a U-shaped optical laser system that delivers 4K resolution with brightness up to 3,500 ANSI lumens, making it suitable for both dark rooms and daylight viewing. The automatic sizing, focus, and obstacle avoidance features ensure optimal picture quality, making setup a breeze.
In terms of audio, the projector features a 7.1.4 sound system that includes four pop-out wireless speakers. These speakers connect to the main unit via 12-channel RF chips, while the projector’s body houses an 8-inch, 80W subwoofer. Each speaker is designed to last up to 8 hours on a single charge, providing ample time for an extensive movie marathon, though it may not hold up for the complete extended editions of the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
For those with limited space, the front speakers can double as a soundbar, and the device includes two built-in microphones for karaoke enthusiasts. Anker has also included a 6.6-foot retractable power cord, although users may still need an extension cord, especially when using the projector outdoors.
Bringing this powerful projector to market will involve a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter starting on September 22, 2025, with pricing expected to range between $4,000 and $5,000. The Nebula X1 Pro can project images up to 300 inches, presenting an enticing alternative to high-end televisions. While a premium QD-OLED TV from brands like Samsung may cost less, the Nebula X1 Pro aims to deliver a full cinema experience that could justify its higher price point.
As the home entertainment landscape continues to evolve, Anker’s Nebula X1 Pro projector stands out as an innovative solution for those seeking a versatile and immersive viewing experience. The upcoming Kickstarter campaign will be a pivotal moment to see if this projector lives up to its ambitious promises.
