Woodstock Celebrates Hanukkah with Community Gathering

On December 14, 2025, approximately 75 community members gathered at the Village Green in Woodstock, New York, to commemorate the beginning of Hanukkah. This annual celebration was hosted by Chabad of Ulster County, providing an opportunity for local residents to come together in a festive atmosphere.

Community Spirit on Display

The event featured traditional lighting of the menorah, symbolizing the miracle of the oil that lasted eight days in the ancient Temple. Attendees enjoyed a variety of activities, including music, food, and educational presentations about the significance of Hanukkah.
