The analysis, conducted by healthcare software company Experity, indicates that Texas has experienced one of the highest increases in COVID-19 cases across the United States, with positivity rates reaching 31.8% as of August 11, 2023.

Data reveals that nationwide positivity rates climbed from 5% to 17.9% between June 1 and August 11, 2023. Alongside Texas, Florida and Arizona closely follow with positivity rates of 28.0% and 26.0%, respectively.
