University Celebrates Faculty and Staff Service Milestones in January
The University recognized the dedication of its faculty and staff members who achieved significant service milestones in January 2024. A total of nine employees celebrated an impressive milestone of 20 years of service, while several others marked a decade with the institution. This recognition highlights the commitment of the university community to fostering a supportive educational environment.
Among those celebrating **20 years of service** are faculty members from various colleges within the University. Notably, **Mildred Davenport**, **George Mongold III**, **John Andrae**, **Jeremy Greene**, **Susan Duckett**, **Hong Luo**, **Gregory Linke**, **Hai Yao**, and **Feng Luo** have all dedicated two decades to their respective fields, contributing to the academic excellence and operational success of the institution. This collective effort plays a crucial role in advancing the University’s mission.
In addition to the long-serving employees, several staff members reached the **10-year** mark in January. These include **Mallory Maher** from the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life Sciences, and **Steven Chambers**, **Edward Bennett**, **Yunyi Jia**, and **Jianhua Tong**, all from the College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences. Their commitment over the years has significantly impacted various departments, enhancing both the student experience and the institution’s operational efficiency.
