Monday.com Launches AI and Service Specializations in Partner Program

Monday.com has expanded its partner program by introducing new specializations focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and service delivery. This initiative follows the successful launch of a CRM specialization last year and aims to enhance the capabilities of top partners in various operational areas. The company announced that these new frameworks are designed to “validate and elevate” partners excelling in these fields.
New AI Specialization Track
The AI specialization is particularly significant as it aligns with Monday.com‘s goal of evolving into a multi-product organization. This track targets partners who are leaders in AI consulting and implementation, working collaboratively with shared clients globally. To qualify, partners must demonstrate success in AI-related projects and exhibit strong implementation across areas such as workflow automation, intelligent ticket routing, and predictive project planning.
Qualified partners will receive recognition in the Partner Directory, a public badge that highlights their expertise. They will also gain access to specialized enablement resources, AI product teams, and priority leads for AI transformational services. Additionally, eligible partners can access further market development funds (MDF), enhancing their capacity to grow.
Service Specialization Benefits
Alongside the AI specialization, Monday.com has introduced a new Service specialization. This initiative allows partners to showcase their proficiency in delivering the company’s Service product, which supports various operational needs, including IT support and HR requests. To be recognized under this specialization, partners must achieve specific thresholds in service deal sales and annual recurring revenue (ARR), maintain dedicated service sales teams, and complete requisite certifications.
Those who meet these criteria will also be featured in the Partner Directory and receive similar benefits, including focused enablement and access to product teams, lead prioritization, and additional MDF opportunities.
Both specializations will be awarded during bi-annual Tiering windows in January and July, contingent on partners fulfilling requirements over the preceding twelve months. This structured approach reflects Monday.com’s ongoing commitment to fostering an effective partner ecosystem.
Growth in the Partner Ecosystem
The introduction of AI and Service tracks comes just over a year after Monday.com revamped its partner ecosystem to better align with the needs of its growing community. Following the launch of the CRM specialization, the company has witnessed notable success, with Specialist Partners contributing 50% of channel CRM ARR in 2024 and excelling in large-scale CRM deals.
The number of CRM partner specialists has surged, more than doubling year-over-year to 40, with significant partners including Workiflow, Carbonweb, and Eligeo. The success of the CRM specialization has underscored the importance of these tracks within the partner ecosystem, paving the way for the new AI and Service specializations.
According to Monday.com, these initiatives provide partners with additional revenue streams and a clear path to differentiation. They also enhance visibility, lead prioritization, and engagement within the partner program. For shared customers, these specializations simplify the process of connecting with partners based on verified expertise and consistent service delivery quality.
As Monday.com continues to evolve, these strategic enhancements to its partner program are poised to bolster its position in the competitive project management software market.
