Additionally, the Cashiering service will also conclude its operations at the same time on November 6, limiting in-person transactions.

For those needing to make utility payments in person, there will be limited availability on Friday, November 7. Residents must bring their account information, as cashiers will not have access to customer details during the upgrade. To accommodate these transactions, officials will issue handwritten receipts for any face-to-face payments made.
