Brightstar Lottery Secures Eight-Year Deal with Wisconsin Lottery
Brightstar Lottery PLC has secured a significant contract with the Wisconsin Lottery, aimed at modernizing its lottery solutions. On January 27, 2026, Brightstar announced that its subsidiary, Brightstar Global Solutions Corporation, will deploy its integrated lottery solution, OMNIA, under a long-term agreement that spans eight years with options for further extensions.
The contract was awarded following a competitive procurement process, allowing Brightstar to provide a comprehensive suite of retail and digital solutions. The OMNIA platform is designed to enhance both player experiences and operational efficiency by connecting retail and digital lottery channels seamlessly. This contract also encompasses an upgrade to the Wisconsin Lottery’s mobile application, increasing convenience for both players and retailers.
In addition to the software enhancements, Brightstar will deliver state-of-the-art retailer equipment. This includes the Retailer Pro S2 terminal and the GameFlex 48 self-service vending machine, both of which represent the latest innovations in lottery technology. Other products, such as the established GameTouch 20 and GameTouch Draw S2 self-service solutions, along with the handheld Retailer to Go terminal, will be part of the rollout. These advancements are expected to drive player engagement by providing reliable and versatile options for lottery participation.
Cindy Polzin, Director of the Wisconsin Lottery, expressed enthusiasm about this collaboration, stating, “The Wisconsin Lottery looks forward to working with Brightstar to help us continuously evolve our lottery solutions to maximize player engagement with this new contract.”
