Babble Chooses NinjaOne to Streamline IT Operations and Boost Growth
UK-based managed service provider (MSP) Babble has selected NinjaOne to unify its IT operations, transitioning from a collection of fragmented legacy tools. This strategic move aims to enhance productivity, scalability, and compliance across the organization. The NinjaOne IT management platform will enable Babble to standardize workflows and simplify daily operations for both internal systems and client environments.
Currently, Babble manages over 12,000 client devices and applications, including those for organizations in regulated public sector environments. The company focuses on helping clients modernize their IT operations with a dedicated team of six professionals. Prior to adopting NinjaOne, Babble’s reliance on inconsistent legacy tools hindered its ability to manage tasks effectively, making it challenging to allocate resources for complex and strategic initiatives.
Chris Baker, Babble’s infrastructure and systems lead, expressed confidence in the new platform, stating it provides the necessary tools to support the company’s growth objectives. “The platform makes work simple, and it just works,” he noted. “This allows our team to be more productive, support more clients, and spend less time worrying about whether automations or policies will run.”
A Unified Approach to IT Management
Following a comprehensive review of its legacy systems, Babble opted for NinjaOne due to the vendor’s modern and unified approach to IT management. The deployment consolidates five separate tools, covering endpoint, patch, asset, warranty management, and remote access. This consolidation enhances customer support and IT administration at any scale.
The change also improves reliability in automated tasks, allowing technicians to focus less on monitoring performance and more on strategic support for clients. NinjaOne’s compliance with ISO 27001 certification and alignment with the NIS2 directive further facilitates Babble’s efforts to meet regulatory requirements for public sector organizations.
Paul Redding, NinjaOne’s head of MSP partnerships, emphasized the benefits of a unified IT operations platform. “Unifying IT operations into a single platform simplifies work, frees up resources, and standardizes compliance, enabling MSPs to scale,” he remarked. “We’re proud to work with Babble as it continues to grow and meet the demands of regulated environments.”
As Babble embraces this new phase of IT management, it aims to enhance service delivery while ensuring compliance across various sectors. The collaboration with NinjaOne represents a significant step forward in the company’s journey to modernize its IT infrastructure and better serve its clients.
