The villa’s location was deliberately chosen for its alignment with the setting Arabian sun, providing breathtaking views at dusk.

Despite its grandeur, the owner notes that the villa has become too large for the family, with their daughters now away at university. “It’s too much house for the three of us,” the owner remarked, indicating a readiness to sell and move on to new adventures.
