On February 10, 2024, the Chickasaw Nation marked a significant milestone with the groundbreaking of the new **Chickasaw Nation Pediatric Clinic**. Led by Governor **Bill Anoatubby**, this new facility is set to enhance healthcare services for children in the region, responding to the increasing demand since the original clinic opened in 2010.

Located at **1828 Carl Albert Boulevard** on the **Chickasaw Nation Ada South Campus**, the clinic will span **95,000 square feet**. It is designed to accommodate a growing number of patient visits and to provide expanded, comprehensive pediatric services. The clinic will feature dedicated spaces for well-child visits, a separate waiting area and entrance for sick children, as well as drive-up appointments and testing options.

The layout of the three-story building will prioritize accessibility and specialized care. The first floor will house general pediatrics, while the second floor will contain a **pediatric developmental clinic** alongside the **Empowered Living Clinic**, which aims to promote health and wellness among youth. Plans for the third floor include the addition of pediatric dentistry services in the future.

Governor Anoatubby emphasized the importance of this new facility in his remarks during the groundbreaking ceremony. He stated, “This clinic will serve as a cornerstone for our commitment to the health and well-being of our children. By expanding our services, we can better meet the needs of our families and provide a nurturing environment for young patients.”

As the Chickasaw Nation continues to invest in healthcare infrastructure, the new pediatric clinic represents a proactive approach to addressing the healthcare needs of its community. The anticipated opening of the clinic will not only enhance access to healthcare services but also improve the overall health outcomes for children in the region.

With the construction of this facility, the Chickasaw Nation reaffirms its dedication to fostering a healthier future for its youth, ensuring that quality medical care is accessible to all families within the community.
