Boulder Community Health Invests $440K in Local Nonprofits
Boulder Community Health (BCH) has awarded over $440,000 in grants to nine local nonprofits aimed at addressing social and economic barriers to healthcare. This funding, part of BCH’s annual Community Collaboration Fund, is intended to support initiatives that assist patients outside of hospital settings, particularly for those facing complex healthcare needs.
Now in its ninth year, the Community Collaboration Fund focuses on several critical areas. The grants are designed to expand care for uninsured or underinsured patients, provide timely mental health support, and assist older adults with complicated health requirements. According to BCH’s announcement, these efforts are essential for improving the overall health of the community.
