Veho Expands E-Commerce Delivery Services in Three New States

E-commerce delivery platform Veho has announced its expansion into three new markets, enhancing its service offerings for e-commerce brands. Effective immediately, customers in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Akron, Ohio, and Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina can now benefit from Veho’s delivery services. This expansion brings the total number of markets served by Veho to 60, reaching approximately 128 million Americans just in time for the peak shopping season.
Veho distinguishes itself from traditional delivery providers by leveraging technology to enhance customer experience. The platform promises deliveries within 1-3 days, boasting industry-leading on-time performance and high customer satisfaction levels. Customers utilizing Veho’s services can provide detailed delivery instructions, including pictures of preferred drop-off locations, significantly reducing the incidence of lost or stolen packages by 94%.
“We are expanding in response to the demand from leading e-commerce brands,” stated Deborah Surrette, Chief Commercial Officer of Veho. “We started 2025 with service in 46 major metropolitan areas and are on track to conclude the year with coverage in 60 markets.” Surrette emphasized that Veho provides reliability and cost-competitiveness, which allows e-commerce brands to enhance their customer delivery experience.
Since its soft launch in Greensboro and Winston-Salem in February, Veho has witnessed rapid growth, with over 10,000 parcels delivered weekly in that region alone. This surge has prompted Veho to significantly boost its parcel injection, sortation, and distribution capabilities in the Southeast, including a fivefold increase in the capacity of its regional hub located near Atlanta.
The recent launch in Ann Arbor builds upon Veho’s previous expansion efforts, which began in Detroit last year. In Akron, the service commenced just two weeks ago, and thousands of deliveries are already taking place each week. This latest wave of market openings is part of a broader strategy that has seen Veho expand into Southern California, New York City, St. Louis, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Richmond, and Louisville over the past year. As a result, Veho has doubled its parcel volume year-to-date.
Veho operates as a technology-driven e-commerce delivery platform tailored for brands that prioritize their customers’ post-purchase experience. By utilizing an interconnected delivery network and proprietary software, Veho delivers faster, more reliable, and customer-focused service at competitive prices. The platform currently supports e-commerce shipments in over 50 markets, reaching more than 120 million consumers. Notable brands like Macy’s, Lululemon, Sephora, and HelloFresh have partnered with Veho to transform delivery from a cost center into a growth driver.
