Buffalo’s Food 2 Families Drive Set for December 5

The annual Food 2 Families food drive will occur on December 5, 2023, in Buffalo, New York. This one-day event aims to collect food donations to support local families in need through the organization FeedMore Western New York.

Donation Details and Locations

On December 5, community members can bring their donations directly to several Tops Friendly Markets locations. Volunteers will accept contributions from the trunks of cars, ensuring a convenient experience for donors. The main collection event will take place at the Tops Friendly Markets located at 4777 Transit Rd., Depew, from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Other participating locations will begin accepting donations at 7:00 AM and continue until 8:00 PM.

For those unable to donate in person on the designated day, there is an alternative option available. Shoppers can purchase a Little Brown Bag of Hope at any Tops register, with options for donations of $5, $10, or $20. Each bag contains nutritious, non-perishable food items that will be delivered directly to FeedMore WNY.
