Born on July 11, 1972, to Stephen Charles and Susan Kay (Erickson) Shoberg, Scott dedicated 20 years of his life to serving the State of Minnesota before becoming disabled in 2019. Those who knew Scott described him as a person who could light up any room and make a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Scott was cherished as a loving grandfather and uncle, known for his playful spirit that endeared him to children. His family recalls that he was one of the kindest individuals they had ever encountered. A lover of the outdoors, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and creating memories with family and friends over meals. His infectious smile and joyous demeanor will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
