The finalists for the 2025 Anthem Awards have been announced, featuring notable names such as Andrew Garfield and Katie Couric. Other prominent finalists include the Clinton Global Initiative, Google, Sesame Workshop, and Paramount Pictures. The selection process was overseen by the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences (IADAS).

Patricia McLoughlin, the general manager of the Anthem Awards, emphasized the importance of recognizing those who are committed to progress. “In our fifth year of the Anthem Awards, we are celebrating and honoring the true changemakers that are pushing humanity forward, especially during current challenges,” she stated. The finalists embody hope, compassion, and inclusivity, demonstrating that united action can lead to meaningful differences.

Judging Panel and Award Categories

The esteemed judging panel for the Anthem Awards includes leaders such as Nancy Brown, CEO of the American Heart Association, and Mitu Yilma, vice president of content and brand at the Born This Way Foundation. Other judges include Miguel Castro from the Gates Foundation, Trovon Williams of the NAACP, and Lauren Garcimonde-Fisher, vice president of brand at Planned Parenthood.

Winners in gold, silver, and bronze categories will be announced on November 18, 2025. Each winner will have the opportunity to deliver a “Call to Action Speech,” which can be viewed in the Anthem winners gallery. Additionally, the awards will feature the Anthem Community Voice Awards, which will recognize entries that receive the most support from the public. Voting for these awards will be open until October 30, 2025.
