Rochester Regional Health Relocates Lab and Imaging Registration

As of January 30, 2024, Rochester Regional Health’s St. Lawrence Region is implementing a temporary relocation of its laboratory and medical imaging registration office. This shift will occur within the EJ Noble Building located at 80 East Main Street, Canton, moving from the main floor to the lower level, which is accessible via the rear entrance.

Details of the Relocation

Despite the registration office’s relocation, both medical imaging and laboratory services will continue to operate in their existing locations. To ensure a seamless transition during this period, registration services will still be available on the main floor for a limited time over the next few days.

Rochester Regional Health has committed to assisting patients and their families during this transition. Team members will be present to provide guidance, and wayfinding signage will be prominently displayed throughout the building.

This temporary relocation is necessary to facilitate ongoing facility upgrades within the EJ Noble Building. While the enhancements are expected to improve the overall patient experience, the timeline for returning the registration services to the main floor has not yet been established. Updates regarding this matter will be communicated as they become available.

Accessing Services

Patients visiting the facility should note that upon entering the parking lot at 80 East Main Street, they should take the first right turn, leading around the right side of the building to access the new registration area. Both the imaging and laboratory services, alongside the registration process, will be accessible through this same entrance.
