Community Mourns the Passing of Nila Patrick Teske at 74

Nila Patrick Teske, a beloved member of the Buffalo community in Minnesota, passed away on October 24, 2025, in Duluth, Minnesota. She was 74 years old at the time of her death. Nila was born on November 13, 1950, to Oliver Teske and Elaine Varner, both of whom predeceased her.

Nila’s legacy lives on through her children, Erin Proza, né Patrick, and Kyle Patrick. She also leaves behind four grandchildren: Isabella, Rowan, Oscar, and Fenix. Her brothers, Brad Teske and Grant Teske, are among those mourning her loss.

Memorial Service Details

A memorial service to honor Nila’s life will take place at Brenny Funeral Home in Baxter, Minnesota, on November 3, 2025. The visitation is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM.

Arrangements are being handled by Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Family and friends are encouraged to gather and celebrate the life of Nila Patrick Teske, sharing memories and stories that reflect her warm spirit and dedication to her loved ones.

Nila’s passing leaves a significant void in the lives of those who knew her, and her family appreciates the support from the community during this difficult time.
