On September 10, marriage licenses were issued to a range of couples. Among them were Weston M. Kurtz and Ashley N. Medernach, both from Orwigsburg, as well as Terence J. Mollick and Samantha R. Bailey, also from Orwigsburg. Other notable couples include Joel Perez-Rosario and Jackeline Vargas Cancel from Ashland and Matthew S. Hoppes and Gabrielle T. Shermanski from Pine Grove.
The following days saw additional licenses granted, with September 11 marking the union of Hamilton Handling and Caitlyn M. Rogan from Saint Petersburg, Florida. Other couples like David Karaszkiewicz and Amanda M. Price from Mahanoy City also received their licenses.
As the month progressed, more couples joined the ranks of those officially tied together. On September 15, Tyler M. Knorr and Sarah M. Shaub from Ashland were among those who received their licenses.
